Holy Name 8th Graders in Washington D.C.

27 members of the Class of 2017 left Monday to explore the nation's capital. Today students visited the FDR, Jefferson, Lincoln, Korean, and Vietnam memorials. Students also explored Congress, the Library of Congress, and the Supreme Court. The students were engaged throughout the day as they learned how laws are made and how the legislative branch of our government works.
