Holy Name Student Council sponsors a $2 free dress each month to help organizations locally, nation wide, and within the school itself.

This is what Holy Name Students have supported by paying $2 for free dress.
(January 2010) Haiti Relief $2,903
Students were asked to give $2 or more to help aide Haiti.
(December 2009) Giving Tree
The giving tree provides gifts for those who cannot afford gifts on Christmas.
(November 2009) St. Vincent de Paul $577
This was to help feed the homeless during Thanksgiving.
(October 2009) Halloween Parade/Activities
Student council used this money to decorate the gym.
(September 2009) Children International
Money raised to sponsor two children.
This is Princess. She is from Manila, Philippines.
She is 7 years old and has 6 brothers and sisters.

This is Eddie. He is from Guayaquil, Ecuador.
He is 12 years old. He has 2 sisters.

Slightly worn coats collected to give to the less fortunate.
(December 2009) Baby Layette
Baby clothes is collected to give to new mothers who cannot afford clothes for their babies.
6th Grade service projects:
Miss Rivieccio, one of the sixth grade teachers, assigns her students service projects each quarter. The first quarter students needed to do a project that would help the environment. The second quarter students were asked to help the less fortunate. Miss Rivieccio and her class are also collecting cans and bottles to receive the CRV on them. This money will be given to the organization the class picks at the end of the school year.
